What we can help with

• Buying a pattern: questions about a design's size, knot quality, color palette or the files you receive. If you are not sure which one suits your loom, tell us and we will point you to it.
• Buying a rug or kilim: a finished, hand-woven piece rather than a digital pattern. Ask what is available, or describe what you are looking for and we will see what fits.
• Custom commissions: the family can draw a bespoke nakış to your own size, palette and knot density, a new cartoon mapped out square by square before it ever reaches a loom.
• Licensing and wholesale: how you may use a pattern in production, or buying in volume for a workshop. The short version is on the License page.
• File or download issues: trouble opening or importing a pattern you have bought.

When writing about a specific design, please include its model code so we can find it quickly.
